Should I win Arizona Regional Entertainer of the Year, I agree to not only represent Arizona Regional Entertainer of the Year at the National Entertainer of the Year Pageant


I agree to uphold the title of Arizona Regional Entertainer of the Year to the best of my ability and adhere to contractual obligations that will be signed should I become the title holder.


A participation fee will be collected in order to make you a official participate for Entertainer of the Year, the participation fee can be paid via Zelle, Square or cash. No other payment methods will be accepted.

$100 participation fee prior to June 1, 2025,

$125.00 fee June 1 – June 21, 2025

$150.00 participation fee June 22, 2025, up until 12:00 PM MST June 22, 2025

Talent Worksheet

Does your talent require prop set up? All props must be brought in during talent rehearsal and be stored in the prop area. It is your responsibility to make sure you have help with your props placing them on stage and removing them.

Creative Evening Wear Worksheet.

This will be read during your Creative Evening Wear Category. Please remember that you are use props during your Creative Evening Wear Category, however you do not get any set up time for props.

On Stage Question Sheet

On Stage Category requires you to submit a bio of yourself, your on stage question will be pulled from your bio for this category.

Music Submission

Music is due by registration at 12:00 pm MST June 22, 2025. You can also submit music to EdwardMichael@yourbigbreakinc.org with your Name, Category Name in the Subject Line. If you prefer to bring a USB you can also do that.
