NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL ONLY INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway announcement.
Employees, officers, representatives of Your Big Break Inc may be excluded from participation.
2. Giveaway Period
Each giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times stated in the applicable giveaway post. Entries received after the stated deadline will not be accepted. The end time is 11:59 pm prior to the date listed that the winner will be announced.
3. How to Enter
Participants must follow the entry instructions provided in the official giveaway post. Entry requirements may include following designated social media accounts, liking a post, commenting, tagging others, sharing content, or completing another free method of entry.
No purchase or donation is required to participate.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise violate these rules may be disqualified.
4. Winner Selection
Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Our selection is based on a wheel of names but sometimes may be in otherwise at discretion of Your Big Break Inc.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted through the method identified in the giveaway announcement, which may include direct message, email, or another method.
The winner may be required to respond within a specified period. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, is unable to accept the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.
Participants should never provide payment, banking information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information to claim a legitimate giveaway prize.
6. Prizes
Prize details will be provided in the applicable giveaway announcement.
Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated and may not be exchanged, substituted, sold, or transferred except at the organizer's discretion or as permitted by the prize provider.
For event-ticket giveaways, the organizer is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, schedule changes, artist or lineup changes, venue policies, ticketing restrictions, or other circumstances outside of its control.
Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages, taxes, and other expenses are the winner's responsibility unless specifically stated as part of the prize.
7. General Conditions
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, uses fraudulent accounts or entries, violates these Official Rules, or interferes with the fair operation of the giveaway.
The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate a giveaway when circumstances outside of its reasonable control prevent the giveaway from operating as intended, subject to applicable law.
8. Social Media Disclaimer
Unless specifically stated otherwise, giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X, or other social media platforms used to promote the giveaway.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the giveaway organizer and not to the applicable social media platform.
9. Acceptance of Rules
By entering a giveaway, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and any additional terms included in the individual giveaway announcement.
Specific terms stated in an individual giveaway announcement may supplement these general rules. Where required, additional restrictions or conditions will be disclosed with the applicable promotion.
