This prestigious event will recognize outstanding individuals in Music, Dance, Theater, and Drag—some of the most vibrant and influential sectors within the performing arts.

Established in 2023, Your Big Break is dedicated to inspiring performing artists to advance their careers by offering resources, education, and funding. Through impactful events and programs focused on personal development, career growth, and marketing strategies, the mission is fueled by the generous support of donors.

Celebrating Achievements in the Arts

The Superstar Awards Gala aim to not only celebrate the accomplishments of individuals in the performing arts but also to foster a positive and uplifting community spirit.

As President Edward Michael stated, “Honoring individuals in the performing arts community is important to not only highlight their achievements throughout the year but to keep a positive vibe and moral.”

Edward Michael brings a wealth of experience in organizing award shows, having founded the Diamond Crystal Awards through his previous venture, ArizonaDrag.com. These awards continue to be a celebrated tradition in Arizona’s drag community, underscoring the enduring impact of recognizing artistic excellence.

Event Details

The Superstar Awards Gala will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at The Rock in Phoenix, Arizona. The event promises an evening of celebration with special performances by nominees from various categories.

Nominations and Attendance

Nominations for the Superstar Awards Gala will be accepted from November 8, 2025 at 12:00 pm MST to November 22, 2025 at 11:59 pm MST. Voting to determine the winners will take palce from November 23, 2025 at 5:00 pm MST to December 6, 2025 at 4:59 pm MST. The public is encouraged to nominate their favorite performing arts in the various categories and vote to determine the winners. You can vote vis the website yourbigbreakinc.org

The event is free for nominees, while supporters are encouraged to attend with a suggested $10 donation to support the organization’s mission.
